At Zelvani, we aim to ensure every order is processed and delivered efficiently, with full transparency throughout the journey.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed.
Once processed, orders are shipped within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that processing time refers to order preparation and handling before shipment.
In the rare event that an item is temporarily out of stock at our supplier, fulfilment may take up to 8-10 business days before dispatch. In these cases, our team will contact you directly within 24-48 hours with three resolution options: an alternative product, store credit, or a full refund. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location (on average 2-10 business days / 4-14 business days in total).
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and begin once your order has been dispatched.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Zelvani is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will assist in locating your shipment.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s operations.
