Returns Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

All original packaging, including dust bags, tags, and accessories, must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or returned to the sender.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return with a recording of the package.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, colour, or style, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
